Wineshark Home Cooking - Salmon Flakes and Maitake Japanese Style Spaghetti 鮭魚鬆與舞菇和風義大利麵


Ingredients (for 2):
  • Spaghetti - 160g
  • Maitake mushroom - 1 bag
  • Dried salmon flakes - 4 tbsp
  • Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
  • White dashi - 1 tbsp
  • Olive oil - 2 tbsp
  • Soba sauce - 1 tbsp
  • Water from pasta - 150ml
Procedures:

1. Break the Maitake mushroom into small pieces.

2. Shave the Parmesan cheese.

3. Boil a pot of water, and then add in the spaghetti to cook for 2 minutes less than the time specified on the packaging.

4. Transfer the spaghetti to a frying pan.

5. Add in 150ml of the water from cooking the pasta, maitake mushroom, white dashi, olive oil, soba sauce, to cook until boiling.

6. Continue to cook for 3 minutes while stirring well.

7. Serve with dried salmon flakes and Parmesan cheese on top.
