Ingredients (for 2):
- Spaghetti - 160g
- Whitebaits - 80g
- Nori - 2 tsp (for decoration)
- Black pepper finely - dashes
- White dashi - 1.5 tbsp
- Olive oil - 4 tbsp
- Nori - 2 tbsp
- Milk - 200ml
Procedures:
1. Boil a pot of water. When boiling, add in the spaghetti to cook for 2 minutes less than the time specified on the packaging.
2. Transfer the spaghetti to the frying pan, then add in milk, white dashi, olive oil, and nori in, together with the whitebaits. Turn on the heat.
3. When the sauce starts to boil, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes more.
4. Serve with some nori and black pepper on top.
