Ingredients (for 4):
- Sea cucumber - 300g
- Pork - 125g
- Chives - 125g
- Salt - 1/4 tsp
- Sugar - 1/4 tsp
- Tapioca starch - 1/2 tsp
- Garlic - 2 cloves
- Oyster sauce - 1 tbsp
- Tapioca starch - 1/2 tsp
- Sesame oil - 1 tsp
Procedures:
1. Wash the chives and cut into sections of 5cm.
2. Cut the sea cucumber diagonally into thick slices.
3. Cut the pork into slices.
4. Cut the garlic into slices.
5. Marinate the pork with salt, sugar, and 2 tbsp of water for 10 minutes.
6. Add tapioca starch to the pork and mix well.
7. Blanch the sea cucumber in hot water for one minute.
9. Heat the wok with 2 tbsp of oil, then add in the garlic.
10. Add in the pork and stir fry.
11. Add in the sea cucumber. Continue to stir fry for one minute.
12. Add oyster sauce and 50ml of water. Continue to cook until the sauce starts to boil.
13. Add the chives in, continue to stir fry.
14. Mix the tapioca starch with some water, then pour in to thicken the sauce. Add sesame oil.
