Ingredients (for 2):
- Chicken fillet - 4
- Sake - 3 tbsp
- Salt - 1 tsp
- Water - 500 ml
- Okra - 4
- Dried plum - 1
- Japanese noodles - 2 bunches
- Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Procedures:
1. Heat up the casserole with a bit of oil, then put the chicken fillet in. Sprinkle with salt and add the sake. Cover with lid.
2. When steam seeps out from the casserole, flip the chicken fillet over. Cover with lid again and turn off the heat. Continue to allow it to simmer until the chicken fillet cools to room temperature. Then remove and make into shreds.
4. Add 500 ml of water to the jus in the casserole, then add the minced dried plum and soy sauce, bring to medium heat to make it boil again.
8. Put the noodles in the serving bowl, pour in the broth with okra, and add the shredded chicken on top.
