- Pumpkin - 12 oz
- Bulb garlic - 3 pcs (with skin)
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 tbsp
Put the bulb garlic in oven till it is completed cooked. Then squeeze the pulp out.
Mash the pumpkin and garlic together, then add the seasonings.
Tonkatsu sauce:
- Soy sauce light - 4 oz
- Sake - 3 oz
- Mirin wine - 2 tbsp
- Black pepper finely - 1 tsp
- Ginger - 2 slides
- Red chili - 1 pc
- Sugar - 3 tbsp
- Sesame oil - 2 tsp
Berkshire Pork ingredients:
- Berkshire pork - 1 lb
- Salt - 1/2 tsp
- Black pepper finely - 1/4 tsp
- Thyme - 1 tsp
- Onion shredded - 10 oz
Saute onion and then add the Tonkatsu sauce, pour on top of pork.
